AUTO-X Software Usage Licence

This product grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the AUTO-X software provided by Tech and Beyond IT Ltd.

The licence authorises use of the software for internal business purposes only, in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Licence scope:
• Right to use the software
• No ownership transfer
• Single organisation use
• No resale or redistribution

Delivery:
Licence details and activation instructions will be sent by email after successful payment.

Restrictions:
• No sublicensing
• No reverse engineering
• No redistribution or commercial resale
• No sharing of licence credentials

Termination:
The licence may be suspended or terminated in case of breach of terms, misuse, or non-compliance.

Governing law:
This licence is governed by the laws applicable to the supplier’s jurisdiction.
